Rent is due on the 1st of every month. There’s a 5-day grace period, but any rent received after 9:00 AM on the 6th is considered late.
A 10% late fee is added to your rent. For example, if your rent is $725, the late fee would be $72.50 — making your total due $797.50.
At 9:00 AM on the 10th, your lease is turned over to the eviction attorney and a minimum $400 attorney fee is added to your balance. To stop eviction, you must pay all past-due rent and receive approval from the property owner..
After 9:00 AM on the 6th: Only money orders or cashier’s checks are accepted
