Many other management businesses view maintenance as a huge profit center, but that is not our policy. With Weichert-SPM Property Management, you'll only pay a minimal handling fee. We show all receipts from the venders.

Except for service animals, pets are not permitted without your permission. If pets are permitted, there may be an extra monthly pet charge for each pet. The tenant is liable for any pet-related damage that goes beyond ordinary wear and tear. The lease will contain all of the stipulations.
No, according to our experience, this just leads to misunderstandings. We take care of everything for you so that any problems with the property can be fixed.
We will give it some thought if one of your preferred vendors wants to join us as a vendor, but they will have to go through the same verification process as all of our current vendors.
